Chad has extensive knowledge within Hosted voice/SIP applications and has held leadership positions with NewSouth Communications, NuVox Communications, Carrier Services, Inc., and Broadvox. Chad holds a bachelor's degree from Emory & Henry College and a Master's in Business Administration from Lenoir Rhyne University. Earl Wright is a 17 year telecom operations veteran holding various operational leadership roles at MCI, Winstar and Covad. Prior to joining Bandwidth, he was VP of Network Services at Covad, responsible for the operational health of that company's nationwide facilities based network in support of its comprehensive voice and data services portfolio. At Bandwidth, Earl began as VP of Operations in early 2010, and transitioned to VP of SIP Trunking with P/L, strategic, operational and product management responsibility for the line of business.

Mr. Schroeder has over 20 years of experience in the fax messaging, managed services and telecommunications industries. In his current position, Max manages the solutions marketing, product positioning, strategy and planning for the FaxCore portfolio of products. Max Schroeder has been in the fax server industry almost since its conception and has been active in many telecommunications and fax industry associations. He was a founding member and past president of the International Computer Fax Association which was instrumental in promoting the fax server industry and the T.37 and T.38 ITU fax standards. Mr. Schroeder continues supporting the fax server industry as the Task Group Whip for the SIP Forum FoIP Interoperability Task Group. Max is a TMC Contributing Editor and has been a frequent industry speaker at domestic and international conferences including many ITEXPO events.

Mr. Beer's previously held positions at Objectworld (now Adtran) and Mitel.

Steve Johnson is President of Ingate Systems. He has 15 years' senior management experience with Sanders Associates, Telco Systems, and Lockheed Martin. Most recently he served as CEO of Abrena, Inc, a business development consulting firm focused on assistingEuropean and North American firms to expand in the United States. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Transcept Inc, a telecommunications infrastructure company. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors for the SIP Forum, an industry organization with members from the leading SIP technology companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master's in Business Administration from Boston University.

Previous positions have beeen as Sales Engineer for Avaya, Sales Engineer for Nortel Networks, Network Architect, Network Engineer, and Satellite Communications specialist.
