As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Products, Todd is responsible for CounterPath's Product Management and Marketing organizations. He is focused on developing and executing the product, go-to-market and selling strategies of the company's industry leading desktop and mobile softphones and end-to-end whole product solutions that drive Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), Fixed Mobile Substitution (FMS) and Over the Top (OTT) services for enterprises, operators and channel partners across the world. During Todd's tenure at CounterPath he has brought to market several key new products that have created new revenue streams for the company, including the Bria mobile and tablet applications. Todd brings more than 18 years of experience in marketing, product management and business development to CounterPath, driving success with some of its largest enterprise, operator and channel partner customers including Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T, Avaya, Black & Decker, BroadSoft, GENBAND, FT/Orange, KDDI, Metaswitch Networks, NEC, Prudential, Rogers, Telefonica, Toys R Us and Vodafone. Prior to joining CounterPath, Todd served as VP, Marketing and Business Development at BridgePort Networks (acquired by CounterPath in 2008). Prior to BridgePort Networks, Todd held marketing, product management, business development and sales management positions at Malibu Networks, Adaptive Broadband (formerly California Microwave) and Sciforma Corporation. Khris Kendrick brings more than 20 years experience to his role as Director of Business Development and Enterprise Channels to CounterPath. In this pivotal role Mr. Kendrick sets the vision for the enterprise business development, channel strategy and partner relationships. Prior to CounterPath, he worked for Sonus Networks and authored SBC for Dummies to help educate CFO's and CIO on the benefit of moving to Unified Communications. Additionally, held senior positions at Grandstream Networks pioneering desktop video and VoIP applications and Motorola's Core Networks Division, were he was responsible for setting business strategies for IMS, Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) and managing third party IMS ecosystem relationships. In addition, he played a critical role in the deployment of the first and largest IMS WiMax network. In addition Mr. Kendrick has worked as an independent Sales Consultant serving NexGen VoIP telephony companies, he was the Senior Product Manager with Spectel (Avaya), Iperia Inc (Gendband), Lernout & Hauspie (Nuance) and senior Marketing Manager at Polaroid Corporation, where he formulated marketing and OEM strategies for
electronic imaging.

Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Transcept Inc, a telecommunications infrastructure company. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors for the SIP Forum, an industry organization with members from the leading SIP technology companies. He was responsible for portfolio architecture, standards activities, and User Experience. Prior to Avaya, he was CTO/CSO for the Nortel Enterprise business for 9 years. At Nortel, he led the development of VoIP solutions and multimedia communications as well as IP transport technology. His background includes extensive LAN and data communications experience, including 13 years with Silicon Valley start-ups.

Mr. Edholm is recognized as an industry leader and visionary. In 2007, he was recognized by Frost and Sullivan with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Growth, Innovation and Leadership in Telecommunications. Mr. Edholm is a widely sought speaker and has been in the VoiceCon/Enterprise Connect Great Debate three times. He has been recognized by the IEEE as the originator of "Edholm's Law of Bandwidth" as published in July 2004 IEEE Spectrum magazine and as one of the "Top 100 Voices of IP Communications by Internet Telephony magazine. Gary Audin is the President of Delphi, Inc. He has more than 40 years of computer, communications and security experience. He has planned, designed, specified, implemented and operated data, LAN and telephone networks. These have included local area, national and international networks as well as VoIP and IP convergent networks in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia and Caribbean. He has advised domestic and international venture capital and investment bankers in communications, VoIP, and microprocessor technologies.

For 30+ years, Gary has been an independent communications and security consultant. Beginning his career in the USAF as an R&D officer in military intelligence and data communications, Gary was decorated for his accomplishments in these areas.

Mr. Audin has been published extensively in the Business Communications Review, ACUTA Journal, Computer Weekly, Telecom Reseller, Data Communications Magazine, Infosystems, Computerworld, Computer Business News, Auerbach Publications and other magazines.
