Jim Mundy, Sales Engineering Manager at Broadvox, brings to the panel over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry - including roles as sales engineer, manager, consultant, and owner. Additionally, he has held key positions with cable television, electronic security, interconnect, ISP, CLEC, managed cloud service, and ITSP companies.
Gary Audin has more than 40 years of computer, communications and security experience. He has planned, designed, specified, implemented and operated data, LAN and telephone networks. These have included local area, national and international networks as well as VoIP and IP convergent networks in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia. He has advised domestic and international venture capital and investment bankers in communications, VoIP, and microprocessor technologies.
For more than 30 years, Gary has been an independent communications and security consultant. Beginning his career in the USAF as an R&D officer in military intelligence and data communications, Gary was decorated for his accomplishments in these areas. He has analyzed the US Navy's future for IP transmission via satellite and prepared a VoIP feasibility study for a multinational firm. He has participated in VoIP procurement, RFP preparation and review for converged systems and networks for enterprises and state governments.

Mr. Schroeder has over 20 years of experience in the fax messaging, managed services and telecommunications industries. In his current position, Max manages the solutions marketing, product positioning, strategy and planning for the FaxCore portfolio of products. Max Schroeder has been in the fax server industry almost since its conception and has been active in many telecommunications and fax industry associations. He was a founding member and past president of the International Computer Fax Association which was instrumental in promoting the fax server industry and the T.37 and T.38 ITU fax standards. Mr. Schroeder continues supporting the fax server industry as the Task Group Whip for the SIP Forum FoIP Interoperability Task Group. Max is a TMC Contributing Editor and has been a frequent industry speaker at domestic and international conferences including many ITEXPO events.

Scott Beer is Ingate's Director of Product Support. Mr. Beer boasts more than 16 years of technical experience in emerging technologies within communications and computing businesses. Within Ingate, he has worked in the emerging SIP Trunking and SIP Security technologies sector, making SIP deployments easy and secure. Mr. Beer's previously held positions at Objectworld (now Adtran) and Mitel.
Steve Johnson is President of Ingate Systems. He has 15 years' senior management experience with Sanders Associates, Telco Systems, and Lockheed Martin. Most recently he served as CEO of Abrena, Inc, a business development consulting firm focused on assistingEuropean and North American firms to expand in the United States. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Transcept Inc, a telecommunications infrastructure company. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors for the SIP Forum, an industry organization with members from the leading SIP technology companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master's in Business Administration from Boston University.
Karl Ståhl, being the CEO of Ingate Systems AB and merged Intertex Data AB, founded both these companies that developed the world's first SIP capable firewalls and since then has been driving global real-time multimedia communication to take over in the POTS world. These Swedish companies have 25 years' experience of innovative telecommunications and development of high-quality communication and security products. Karl Ståhl has an M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and holds several patents in the audio, electrical, security and communication fields.

In addition, he is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member at Colorado Technical University. He was responsible for portfolio architecture, standards activities, and User Experience. Prior to Avaya, he was CTO/CSO for the Nortel Enterprise business for 9 years. At Nortel, he led the development of VoIP solutions and multimedia communications as well as IP transport technology. His background includes extensive LAN and data communications experience, including 13 years with Silicon Valley start-ups.

Mr. Edholm is a widely sought speaker and has been in the VoiceCon/Enterprise Connect Great Debate three times. He has been recognized by the IEEE as the originator of "Edholm's Law of Bandwidth" as published in July 2004 IEEE Spectrum magazine and as one of the "Top 100 Voices of IP Communications by Internet Telephony magazine.
