AireSpring Offers Free Grandstream IP Phones to AirePBX Subscribers

Free phones, free samples, free just about anything...there’s no better way to attract attention, and that's just what AireSpring has in mind. While attending and exhibiting at the ongoing ITEXPO—running through today at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale—AireSpring announced that those who signed up for the AirePBX cloud business phone service would get a free Grandstream phone.

The deal came with the new partnership between AireSpring and Grandstream. The GXP2140 is built specifically with high-volume calling in mind, bringing together Bluetooth support, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity with Power over Ethernet service, a color screen and HD voice service, along with support for four lines and up to five-way voice conferencing.

AireSpring's AirePBX system, meanwhile, is well-suited for such a device. It offers a variety of unified communications (UC) services for users, ranging from mobile device integration to auto attendant systems that can work on multiple levels. Throw in two-way faxing support, SMS text operation, and a host of other tools, and the combined force of AireSpring and Grandstream looks to be a force to be reckoned with.

Daniel Lonstein, AireSpring's chief operations officer, commented: “AireSpring is delighted to partner with Grandstream Networks. The combination of Grandstream’s state-of-the-art GXP2140 with AireSpring’s versatile cloud phone service is the perfect solution for customers looking for flexibility, power and a great deal.”

That wasn't all Lonstein had to say; back on Wednesday, Lonstein led an address titled “How Managed Connectivity Can Improve Your Cloud Experience.” Lonstein detailed how several key points of managed connectivity, like quality of service (QoS) and service level agreement (SLA) guarantees, could deliver a better overall experience, giving customers a better overall experience.

Partnerships can be great for consumers and businesses. For Grandstream and AireSpring, it's a particularly close match; not only does Grandstream have a long-standing history of quality hardware for the IP phone market, but AireSpring offers some impressive services for those with IP phones. This combination should prove to be a winner for both AireSpring and Grandstream, as well as for the users, who get a powerful new solution for contact needs.
